Digital WiFi Detector
Here is handy dandy Wifi Detector. It's a great improvement over other types of detectors. A typical WiFi detector will only show you the presence of a signal and relative signal strength. This Digital WiFi Detector from ThinkGeek Gadgets has a backlit LCD screen that provides information on signal availability and strength as well as essential network information, including SSID, security status and channel. When multiple networks are present, the LCD will allow you to scroll through information for each network. The only thing it doesn't do is make you breakfast but at least you will never be out of a signal.

I am not sure when you will be able to pick one of these up at your local Wal Mart but it's a start. Yves Rossy made a successful jet fueled powered wing ride on May the 14th over the Swiss Alps. Yves spent about five minutes flying reaching speeds of up to 186 MPH. His jet wing measures 8 feet across. They are powered by four Jet-Cat P200 jet turbine engines outputting 50 pounds of thrust each with a flight time of up to 10 minutes. Yves controls direction totally with his body movements. I can't wait to pick one up.
A look at BlackBerry website shows a new offering.
There are a few rumblings today that Sony has announced that it is finally releasing it's PlayTV. A handy little add on for your PS3 that will allow you to download television content straight to your PS3 harddrive and even share it with your PSP. It sounds like it will be a one time purchase with no subscription rates. It's set for release in the UK and Europe with no release date set for North America yet.
