We started to look around the internet and a few of the big box stores for ideas on Show Stalls, Toilets and Sinks. In terms of toilets and sinks they were what I expected. Nothing much has changed over the years. We could not believe the wide range of shower stalls that are available. The shower units ranged from just plain old school styles to really nice elaborate designs. This was a bit surprising to us.

We are somewhat limited by space as our house isn’t a mansion by any stretch of the word but we figure we can build a nice little bathroom. What we are looking at is Corner Shower Stalls. They come in a wide range of designs and sizes so fitting one in our basement shouldn’t be a problem. It’s just a question of how fancy we want to go.

The one thing that interests us is Steam Showers. They are a hybrid cross between a shower and the old style steam room that you might find at a spa or gym. You sit yourself down on a bench, push a button for steam and before you know it you are enjoying a nice refreshing steam shower. Basically you are looking at a steam room built in the style of a shower stall. We may not have the room for one but it something we are going to explore.
