My Brain Lamp

How is this for one creepy looking lamp? Maybe not what you have in mind for your living room but would look pretty cool in a computer or dorm room. It is the My Brain Lamp designed by Alexander Lervik  Actually it's a replica of his brain that origincated from a scan at the Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm. The image was processed through a 3D-printer and became this unusual lampshade design. The light source is LED. Yes, it is bright.
