If you are like me you want your food fast and you want it with the least amount of mess to clean up. I picked up one of these for Christmas this year and haven't looke back. The Cuisinart GR-4 Griddler is a multifunctional cooking machine. It has four settings and ample cooking space. It acts as a contact grill, a panini press, open grill or griddle. Cleaning is a snap, you just pop the two grill or griddle plates and throw them in the dishwasher. They are not stick so even hand washing is easy.
This looks a cool thing to have around, especially if the weather isn’t suitable for outdoor grilling!
Winter is approaching and I’m going to miss outdoor grilling. This looks like a pretty good replacement. Thanks for the tip!
