"Jellyfish tulips," said one judge about the ethereal blossoms that seem to float in Jonathan Simons' picture that took first prize in our annual Bulbs and Blooms tulip photo contest. Simons, a computer store owner in Hudson who's a member of the newly formed Columbia County Photography Club, grabbed his handy Olympus C-4000 and snapped the winning shot.
